What this website collects

We use cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and what device class they use. This works without cookies, without fingerprinting, and without storing anything on your device. We cannot identify you from it, and we do not try to.

We do not collect names, email addresses, IP address logs, or any other personal data on this website.

What happens when you sign up for the app

The Calyflow application at app.calyflow.ai has its own account system and processes data you bring to it (such as job descriptions and CVs) under your instructions. The key design principle: your candidate data stays in your own systems. Calyflow connects to them to run workflows but does not warehouse your data. App-specific privacy terms are presented at sign-up.

Where processing happens

Our infrastructure and processing are EU-based. This website is served from a global CDN (Cloudflare) for performance, which acts as our processor for delivering static pages.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Since this website holds no personal data about you, there is usually nothing to act on, but if you believe otherwise, email [email protected] and we will respond promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. No silent rewrites.
