What it does
The Vincere Sourcer reads the role's brief from your project, designs a phased Vincere search sequence, saves it as a reusable checklist document, then works through that sequence — searching your Vincere candidates, scanning relevant talent pools, pivoting through target companies, and checking the existing pipeline — to produce a ranked shortlist of the best matches already in your database.
Why recruiters use it
- Mine the candidates you already own before sourcing (and paying) elsewhere.
- Start from a saved, deliberate search plan instead of a blank search bar.
- Get a ranked shortlist that's de-duplicated against who's already applied.
Connect Vincere
Vincere issues an OAuth app per customer instance, so connect it under Settings → Connectors: register an app in your Vincere (Settings → API → API Authentication & Throttling), paste its Client ID, and authorize. Tokens are stored encrypted per workspace and only read your data.
What you get
- A "Vincere search sequence" checklist document — the planned queries and what each one targets.
- A ranked shortlist document, with a one-line rationale per candidate, their current pipeline status, and a note on who was ruled out.
What you need
- A role brief (job description / intake notes) saved in the project.
- A connected Vincere account.
How to run it
Open a project with a role brief and run. Both documents are saved to your project files.
